We explore what’s brought you here, what you’d like to change, and what support looks like for you. You can share as much or as little as you like. There’s no expectation to have everything figured out.
Most people leave the first session feeling lighter. Not because everything is solved, but because they’ve finally said out loud what they’ve been carrying quietly.
It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me — my style, my presence, the way I work. Good coaching relies on trust, and trust starts with comfort.
If it feels right, we continue. If not, you’ve still gained clarity. Either way, you’re moving forward.
